What is a Merkabah? Each entity that incarnates back to the planet is born with a merkabah, it is with God's grace & discretion as to the size in which it is seen. The name is pronounced mer-ka-bah, also known as the star tetrahedron. The shape is represented by two three dimensional triangles that merge togther when invoked. One pointing to the sun (male), the other pointing towards the earth (female). It represents 'as above, so below', 'as within so without'. The merkabah is one of the sacred geometry symbols used in the language of light & universal energies.

History. The star tetrahedron has been known as a powerful tool for enhancement and used by ancient cultures leading back to, Lemuria, Atlantis & Egypt, to ancient temples and monuments in Tibet, Israel & India.

Why do we use a Merkabah? Like most spiritual tools that have been handed down lifetime after lifetime, was first used as an energy of language & communication.We can activate it any time we feel unconditional love for ourselves and others. By invoking our own personal merkabah we are instilling in our energies more light & love as well as a more protective vibration. This helps to filter out all that does not come from the light of the Christ-Consciousness.The more we use it, the stronger it gets and the more light that we can use for ourselves and others. We may begin to feel changes in our four lower bodies and start to see things and people in a more harmonious way.The merkabah helps to filter & protect us from cosmic forces and cosmic debris. We begin to feel more grounded and secure on the earth plane.

The Merkabah Exercise. Sit comfortably, take a few deep breaths in for 4 and hold for 4, gently breathing out, repeat this a few more times being aware of the breath as it moves through the nostrils & into the lungs. As you breath out, take the breath to the back of the spine and up through the top of the head, the crown chakra, this way you are clearing any blockages & aligning your chakra column. Feel yourself becoming more peaceful, more relaxed, totally giving over to spirit and God, in this moment of oneness & wholeness. Seeing your entire body light up with gold and white light from the Christ Concsious energies. Visualise now a sparkling light just above your head, this is your 'soul star', take a molecule of light from this energy and place it in front of your feet, watch it grow in a straight line and start to form a point at the back of your body. See yourself standing or sitting in this triangle and slowly bring the sides up around you to form your 3 dimensional triangle with the apex at a point above your soul star. Feel very comfortable and safe, the 1st part of your merkabah has been formed. Next we visualise a second triangle being formed above us in a reverse fashion now. Gently allow this 2nd triangle that is up-side-down to merge and blend with the 1st triangle, allowing it to fit comfortably over the first, if you cant visualise or feel this happening, just know your intention & intuition has formed the merkabah around your energy field. Perhaps you may imagine a six pointed star with yourself in the middle, breathe comfortably and freely, see it sense it or feel it. Fill the merkabah up with brilliant white light and stay in peace & love for as long as you are able.. Throughout the day think of your merkabah and visualise it, adding more strength & light & protection every day, AMEN
